Here’s where we like to work smarter not harder. It’s important to us that we use time wisely. Probate Finder OnDemand users can now schedule time with the Customer Care team directly from their application profile! Users will see new options in the current Contact Support modal. All calendar openings are up to date, meaning no more back-and-forth email strings of mismatched calendar openings. Simply click the link and choose a meeting time that works best for you.
The new meeting feature allows our partners to select the desired meeting objective, such as placement file strategy, probate best practices, or pain points and ideas to create new solutions. The selection routes the meeting requestor to the calendar of the best resource to support effective discussion and outcomes.
